Cake may be the answer to kids' egg allergy (Reuters)

When it comes to Omega 3 fatty acids, there are a number of potential benefits for anyone who has decided to start adding a plentiful amount of these acids to their daily diet. It was first discovered about twenty years ago when there were a vast amount of studies performed regarding purchase l-carnitine heart and living healthily.

Researchers looked to the Asian countries with their lower risk of heart attack. They found that the use of fish oil, or Omega 3 was the leading cause in the reduction of cardiovascular related conditions in these countries.

While there are many people that worry about the potential of mercury poisoning as a result of eating an increased amount of fish products, this should not be as big a worry as it is made out to be.

Since the time that mercury poisoning was attributed to the consumption of fish, the amount of fish the average person consumes on a regular basis has dropped significantly and many wholesale caffeine extract this reduction in Omega 3 intake, commonly found in fish can result in far worse case scenarios for a persons health.

The general rule of thumb is to stay away from fish livers like cod liver as well as keeping away from flaxseed oil as it is known to lead to prostate cancer in men when consumed in excessive amounts.

Other than these simple suggestions when it comes to the intake of Omega 3 fatty acids, the increased consumption of Omega 3s in general can help your body prevent many cardiovascular diseases as well as neurological conditions.

Be healthy and eat healthy but just don't forget to add Omega 3 fatty acids to your daily diet.
